What We Do

Hudson Property Tax Reduction, Inc. is a property tax consulting firm. We help you lower your property taxes by getting your property re-assessed. When we find out that we can lower the assessed value of your property, your property taxes becomes lower. We only get paid when you save. We charge a 50% commission on only your first year’s savings. The rest of the savings from there on is yours to enjoy. We’ve served clients from all across the Lower Hudson Valley, and have saved our clients as much as 20-25% a year on their property taxes.

The Process

  1. YOU Complete the enclosed “AUTHORIZATION FORM” and mail/fax it to us today!
  2. WE will file grievance application.
  3. WE will complete all paperwork and submit evidence to support your appeal.
  4. WE will represent your property tax appeal at Small Claims Assessment Review (SCAR) hearing if necessary.
